House Rule

Our standard check-in time is 14:00 Hrs. and check-out by 11:00 Hrs.

Note - Outside food, liquor and hookahs are not allowed on the resort premise. Pets are also not allowed on the resort premises.

AP & MAP plan food will be served by TDH menu or buffet at Le-Gourmet Restaurant or Terrace.

Guests scheduled to arrive early in the morning are advised to book the night prior. Late checkout requests are at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability and with additional charge.


We request all our guests to carry a photo identity to present at check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any of the following IDs - Passport; Driving license; Voter ID card or  Aadhar Card, Pan Card is not applicable as ID Proof.

Smoking Policy         

The Government of India has introduced 'No-Smoking' legislation for hotels, restaurants and all public places. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in designated areas.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy      

  • In case of any cancellations or amendments, please notify the hotel at least 3 days prior to the date of arrival.
  • If a guest does not arrive, it will be considered a no-show. In such case, the full booking amount will be charged for both no-show and cancellation circumstances.
  • No refund shall be entertained in case of a same-day cancellation.
  • The room tariff is Net and non-commissionable. Applicable government taxes shall be levied from time to time.
  • Room tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Rooms shall be retained for guests till 1800 hours unless specified. Beyond this, the rooms shall be released and a no-show clause shall be applicable. Rooms however shall be allotted subject to availability.
  • All guests will have to show the Valid photo Identity Proof at the time of check-in as per Govt. rules & regulations.
  • In case of failure to abide by any clauses or non-payment, the liability of the said bill would lie with your office.
  • No visitors are allowed in the Villa area.
  • In case of any missing or damaged resort property, it will be on cost.
  • Outside food and liquor are not allowed on resort premises.
  • For Group Bookings – Amendment or cancellations of rooms if any shall reach the hotel within 30 days of check-in. Cancellation is not allowed within 15 days for Group bookings.
  • Amendments however can be done subject to availability.
